1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.
2High Energy, uniform and stable output. Under normal working distance (0mm-50mm) , the energy can be evenly irradiate to the surface of the articles to be cured. At 30MM height, the radiation energy can reach 4200mW/cm (405nm, EIT energy meter, Q21) . The lower limit of energy is estimated to be 3780mW/cm when the same level lamp bead is used in this stage and the same level lamp bead is used in the later stage of mass production due to process errors and other factors.
3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.
