Can meet, electroacoustic curing, offset printing, special printing, product coating, packaging and other industries use demand. Different wavelength devices can be selected for different use requirements.

Product characteristics

1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.

2 High Energy, uniform and stable output. Under normal working distance (10mm-30mm) , the energy can be uniformly irradiate to the surface of the articles to be cured. At 30MM height, the radiation energy can reach 4500mW/cm2(365nm, EIT energy meter) .

3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller. One is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap; the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.

4 Various control methods, in addition to my THRAYLINE1B 1000-232A (250X5 line light source controller) independent control device switch, but also according to different needs of customers to make different plans to more convenient use of the device. Such as direct control by the client, or additional control methods such as: foot switch, photoelectric switch and so on.
