The R10S6XF100X100 surface light source adopts high performance UV LED and is optimized by array design. Compared with traditional mercury lamp, the R10S6XF100X100 surface light source has the characteristics of low power consumption, long life, high energy, uniform and stable output, fast switch and so on. It can meet the needs of electroacoustic curing, offset printing, special printing, product coating and other industries. Different wavelength devices can be selected for different use requirements.

Product characteristics
1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.
2 High Energy, uniform and stable output. Under normal working distance (0mm-45mm) , the energy can be evenly irradiate to the surface of the articles to be cured. At 25mm height, the radiation energy can reach 2564mW/cm (365nm, EIT energy meter, Q46) . The lower limit of energy is estimated to be 2307mW/cm when using the same shift lamp bead in mass production due to the process error and other factors.
3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.
