Compared with traditional mercury lamp, R10S6XF25X69 surface light source has the characteristics of low power consumption, long life, high energy, uniform and stable output, fast switch and so on. It can meet the needs of electroacoustic curing, offset printing, special printing, product coating and other industries. Different wavelength devices can be selected for different use requirements.

Product characteristics
1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.
2 High Energy, uniform and stable output. At normal operating distance (10mm-30mm) , the energy can be evenly irradiate to the surface of the product to be cured. At 20mm height, the radiation energy can reach 1042mW/cm2(365nm, EIT energy meter, Q33) . The lower limit of energy is estimated to be 937mW/cm when using the same shift lamp bead in mass production due to the process error and other factors.
3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.
4 There are many kinds of control methods, besides the switch which can be independently controlled by THRAYRAD1C 600 controller (button version) , other control methods such as foot switch and photoelectric switch can be added according to the different needs of customers to make the equipment more convenient to use.
