Compared with traditional mercury lamp, R10S6XF50X10 linear light source has the characteristics of low power consumption, long life, high energy, uniform and stable output, fast switch and so on. Can meet, electroacoustic curing, offset printing, special printing, product coating, packaging and other industries use demand. Product characteristics

1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.

2 High Energy, uniform and stable output. Under normal working distance (10mm-30mm) , the energy can be uniformly irradiate to the surface of the articles to be cured, and the radiation energy can reach 5483mW/cm2(365nm, EIT energy meter) at 0mm height.

3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.

4 Multiple modes of control, in addition to our THRAYPOWER1B 300-291A (30X10 light source single channel controller) independent control device switch, but also according to customer needs to develop different programs to more convenient use of the device. Such as direct control by the client, or additional control methods such as: foot switch, photoelectric switch and so on.
